Finally
Today is January 5th and Isaac finally received his bag this morning from America West. He flew out of San Luis Obispo on Christmas night! From what we have pieced together the bag was never tagged to go on to Baton Rouge, so it was sent to Phoenix as lost or misplaced luggage on the 27th. America West and Delta baggage people never could find it. Finally an America West representative in Reno, Nevada working in Customer Support found it by looking through the file under his tag number. From Dec 30 through Jan 4 I talked with Derrick, Jason, Kevin, Janice, Pamela, Constance, Chris, Donna, Linda, Jamie and finally Christie before we found the bag. Maureen called yesterday morning and told us the bag was being sent Federal Express to Isaac and he would receive it today. IT ARRIVED THIS MORNING, FINALLY!!
How could they lose a bright orange and blue Prince bag. Of course that is how it was found it, too--because Jamie remembered sending a bright orange bag on to Phoenix.
Ten days later--who feels he should be compensated?

I think so
I think he should be compensated, but he probably won't. If anything was missing or he'd been going somewhere and been without his clothes, than he could probably get compensation. But since he didn't actually lose anything, I don't think the airline will give him anything.
